Money Rescue Pro is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or professional financial advice.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device, files, access tokens, passwords, and account credentials secure. You are also responsible for verifying bill information, and exported records before relying on them.
4. Payments and Digital Downloads
Money Rescue Pro for Android is sold through Google Play. Payment processing, refunds, and download delivery are governed by Google Play's terms. Money Rescue Pro for Windows may be sold through third-party platforms such as Gumroad. Payment processing, refunds, and download delivery for the Windows edition may be governed by the third-party platform's terms in addition to these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Money Rescue Pro, related branding, design, software, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except where expressly permitted.
6. Availability and Updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features, especially features relying on third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Rescue Pro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the software, third-party services, missed payments or user-entered data.
8. Termination
We may restrict or discontinue access if the software or related services are misused, abused, or used in violation of applicable law or platform policies.
